Java / J2EE / Business Analyst Consultant
Position 1: Java /J2EE

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
* Fresh graduates/ candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience are encouraged to apply for the Developer position
* Knowledge and hands on working experience in Java, JSP/Servlet, JDBC, SQL, etc. are essential
* Experience in development of medium or large scale J2EE projects using Weblogic, JBuilder, Struts, MQ, Oracle, Stored Procedure, etc. will be advantageous.
* Certifications in J2EE(such as Java Programmer, Business/Web Component Developer, etc.) will be advantageous
* Excellent communication (both oral and written) is a must
* Dynamic and result-oriented team player with strong initiative

Position 2: IT Business Analyst

* Interviewing customers and stakeholders to help identify business problems and propose solutions.
* Involved in analyzing business process and information requirements
* Documenting, defining and reviewing detailed business processes for data/process mapping
* Conduct and document gap analysis
* 2 to 5 years working experience in IT field with experience in gathering user requirements, analysis and design
* Strong analytical and problem solving skill
* Experience working as Business Analysis, Business Process Reengineering and Technical Analysis background
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills and be able to effectively communicate
* Strong presentation skills
