Systems Support Analyst

Location: Shell House, Central, Singapore

Responsibilities:
You will need to provide users with level 1 application support and will be the first point of contact for users;
You will have to monitor application availability/functionality using provided tools, perform fault resolution of known errors and apply known workarounds;
You will have to create incidents within the Service Center for unresolved errors and escalate incidents to 2nd/3rd Level support teams in a timely manner;
You will also be the owner and timekeeper for open calls and incidents.

Requirements:
You need to have a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or another related discipline with at least 3 years of relevant working experience with application support related issues;
You should have excellent customer facing, interpersonal and communication skills. You should have the ability to work in a highly pressured environment and respond effectively to urgent customer needs;
Authorisation to work in Singapore is required for this position.
