Presales Consultant (Professional Services)
( Location : Based in KL, Malaysia )

Responsibilities :

* This role is to oversee all pre-sales activities in services sales engagement to major clients and promote Professional Services (PS) .
* Key responsibility is to identify suitable services projects opportunity in the area of IP telephony, Unified Communications and software solution services in Interactive Voice response (IVR) , Voice Portal and CRM which are are normally deployed in Contact Centers enviroment esp in large Multinational and local Financial Services and verticals clients .
* He/She must be able to provide consultative advises and articulate the strategic value on Vendor's Professional Services by analyzing prospective customer’s business challenges and needs.
* Organize proof of concept (POC) or managed services trials with the aim to translate these engagement into sales opportunities.
* Support the Sales team in organizing Service proposals and SOWs and aim to be trusted advisor to clients .


Key Requirements :-

* Strong technical, communication, and teamwork skills are essential to the performance of this position.
* Previous pre-sales in service engagement or similar experiences are mandatory.
* Participate in pre-sales and mid-evaluation reviews with Prospects
* Responsible to organize and coordinate Proof of Concept , solution demo , user education and training
* Strong and working knowledge of Technology in IP telephony , IVR , CRM and Unified Communications.
* At least 6-8 years experience in a technical support role and pre-sales role
* Good understanding of the different types of application , Enterprise software integration and system testing,
* Sound knowledge of Client/Server networked systems, including UNIX and Windows and some Mainframe exposure
* Experience in engaging large Multinational and local Financial Services clients is desirable .
* Degree in Engineering , IT or Computer Science with Good command of spoken and written English .
* Malaysian or PR is preferred
