Duties:
- serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time seconded to the client in Chek Lap Kok;
- play the role as the project manager;
- extend the access of the e-Rostering application application for use by multiple officers on
the client LAN through web-based technology;
- gather user requirements on the user interface for the web-based e-Rostering System;
- liaise with iLog to resolve technical issues;
- assist in preparing project reports and specifications for the project;
- prepare the procurement of the hardware and software;
- coordinate with the equipment suppliers for onsite installation and acceptance test;
- develop, maintain and enhance the user interfaces for the web-based e-Rostering System;
- conduct program testing, system testing and arrange user acceptance test with users;
- roll out the web-based e-Rostering application;
- prepare the documentation for the production system;
- prepare and maintain software project documentation.

Requirements:
- BSc (Hons) in Information System Engineering, Computing Studies or equivalent;
- at least 4 years' post-qualification experience of which at least 1 year's experience in similar post and in comparable capacity as a Systems Analyst;
- at least 4 years' post-qualification experience in software development;
- at least 3 years' mandatory experience in J2EE, JavaScript, web programming and Red Hat Advanced Server;
- at least 2 years' mandatory experience in XML, Rich Internet Application and Tomcat;
- at least 1 year's mandatory experience in Visual Basic, Crystal Reports and iReport;
- familiar with Adobe Flash, LDAP and multi-tier system integration;
- at least 3 years' mandatory experience in project management;
- at least 2 years' mandatory experience in coordination, customer relations and quality assurance;
- experience in the public sector, IT procurement and software testing management preferred.

Monthly Salary Range: $29K - $32K
