Our company is now looking for an experienced Technical Officer to provide technical support for the educational properties in Hung Hom district.

Technical Officer

Job Duties:

• Supervising the in-house technical team, and coordinating with other service teams and departments in the building;
• Implementing and managing the day-to-day building operation, repair and maintenance works by the in-house technical team and/or out-sourcing contractors;
• Arranging the quotation and tendering processes of building preventive maintenance services, and addition & alteration works;
• Handling clients’ enquiries and complaints on building facilities including emergency service;
• Monitoring the works and services performance of in-house technical team, contractors and suppliers;
• Reporting to the Sr. Technical Officer and/ or Technical Manager.

Requirements:

• Form 5 graduated and holder of Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or other equivalent discipline;
• Minimum 4 years relevant working experience in day-to-day operation, and routine repair & maintenance works with inclusive minimum 2-year supervisory level;
• Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate, Certified Worker - Confined Space, and Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker in Grade B(0);
• Competent person - Confined Space, and authorized person – metal scaffolding certification are preferable;
• Trained safety supervisor or officer will be an advantage;
• Proficiency in written & spoken English and Chinese, computer word processing, and practical use of AutoCAD;
• Responsible, hard-working and self-motivated character.
