Job Summary:

Role: Special / Solution Architect for Technology Infrastructure Services in Hong Kong
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 Months / Renewable Rolling Contract
Location: Hong Kong

One of our clients is looking for a Solution Architect, who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:

Technical requirements:
- Extensive design and implementation experience in IT Infrastructure environments (Wintel / Networking / UNIX) preferably in a Banking / Financial Services industry
- Should possess a sound understanding of well known Unix (Solaris, Linux) and Database products (Oracle 9i & 10g, SQL Server) to enable them to design solid architectures
- A working knowledge of Windows, Networking, Storage, Market data and application architecture is essential;


General Requirements:
- A strong operational focus and the ability to deliver quality support and recommendations on technical infrastructure issues are key to this role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Self motivated
- Organisation skills - ability to deal with multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Flexibility to deal with conflicting and changing priorities
