Technician
Job Duties:
- Responsible for product testing and customer service
- Answering helpdesk calls and resolving issues promptly and effectively
- To handle client's enquiries and provide quality service to customers
- Work with different vendor on all RMA related issues
- Office IT support and maintenance
Requirement:
- Diploma holder in Information Technology or related disciplines
- 1 year post experiences in IT is preferred
- Experience in Internet, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wireless LAN, VoIP and Router is preferred
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Initiative, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
