PLC/HMI Programmer
Responsibilities:
- Provide complete controls solutions and electrical design packages which include detailed schematics, cable routing diagrams, panel layouts, based on ATS standard specifications and customers requirements.
- Design and implement PLC programs specific to customer’s requirements.
- Work with project team members to develop control systems that will enable the machine to perform its intended functions safely and reliably.
- Verify that electrical design packages are complete, accurate and safe based on sound design practices.
- Provide thorough testing of machine functionality to verify program completeness.
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and procedures.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced / Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
- Preferably 1-2 years experience in control systems design, preferably in the industrial automation field.
- Knowledge of PLC programming which include OMRON, Mitsubishi is a must.
- Knowledge of AutoCad, SCADA/HMI and Electrical Diagram Design will be an added advantage.
- Excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
- Independent and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Working hours 8:30 am to 6:00 pm (Mon-Fri)
8:30 am to 12:00 noon (Alternate Sat off) - Company location: Woodlands
