Contracts Manager/ Quantity Surveyor
Contracts Manager
Responsibilities:
- Estimate project costs
- Prepare specifications, bills of quantities and other tender documents
- Resolve contractual claims and finalize accounts
- Implement cost control measures
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in Building, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
- ONLY Singaporean and Singapore Permanent Residents may apply
Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities:
- Support the Contract Manager in all claim-related matters
- Discuss and/or negotiate with clients, vendors and/or subcontractors on variations
- Assess and evaluate all contractual claim matters
Requirements:
- Diploma in Building, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
- ONLY Singaporean and Singapore Permanent Residents may apply
