Job Description
- Effective telephone communication with colleagues about the IT related problem
- To provide technical support over the phone with well manner
- Perform first level troubleshooting and problem resolving
- Able to work independently
Requirement
- Diploma or higher in IT related area
- MCSE
- Experience in related field is an advantage
- Basic Computer Knowledge in PC/Windows/MS Office
- Good command in English is essential; Mandarin is beneificial
