B2B Telemarketer

Synopsis of Role
To accurately capture customers' and corporations' information and to generate qualified leads for our client, a world leader in Product Lifecycle Management software provider, through outbound calling. Duties will include Lead Generation, Data Cleansing, Data Profiling & Event Management.

Education

- Minimum Diploma (in any field)

Relevant Experience

- Contact Centre, Telemarketing, Telesales, Market Research, Outbound Surveys, Customer Service or in any outbound calling capacity

Skills Requirements

- PC-literate

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Excellent customer service skills

- Professionalism

- Confident

- Ability to build rapport

- Enjoy rapport building and customer interaction

- Strong persuasive skills

- Target driven

- Self-motivated

- Able to work in a highly dynamic environment

- Able to multi-task well

Language Proficiency

- Fluent in English with good Western accent (to support the Western market)

Working Place/Hours
