Engineer, Call Center

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Attend to pre- and after-sales customers queries or service at Acer’s Service Hotline
  • Communicate/Interact with Acer’s customers and identify technical issue(s); troubleshoot, advise and resolve them to the satisfaction of the customers
  • Provide technical (hardware and software), product information/specifications and support to Acer’s customers

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, IT or a related field with 1-2 years’ hands-on experience in IT (hardware and software) troubleshooting and repairs
  • Energetic team player with ability to be a self-starter
  • Excellent communication skills, effective customer handling capabilities and attitudinally correct customer service

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues of computer products and peripherals at customers' sites
  • Service, install and configure computer hardware and software system at customers' sites

Requirements:

  • ITE/Diploma in Computer or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
  • At least 1 year of engineering experience in computer industry
  • Customer service-oriented with effective communication and interpersonal skills
