World Vision Indonesia is seeking the following positions :
1. Urban Pilot Team Leader (Code : UP TL)
Dept/Project : Urban Pilot Project
Location : Surabaya
Major roles :
Responsible to lead project assessment and design of the Urban Pilot Project in Surabaya by leading team in research, documentation, refinement, adaptation and sharing of innovative tools models, approaches and frameworks for urban environments that are flexible, holistic and sustainable.
Qualifications :
· Master in urban studies, development studies, Social Sciences or related field.
· Min. 3 year experience in DME processes and research
· Min. 5 years experience in development programs (preferably urban)

2. Researcher (Code : RS)
Dept/Project : Urban Pilot Project
Location : Surabaya
Major roles :
Responsible for guiding the development and implementation of urban research on programming alternatives to attain transformational development among the poor in Surabaya. The role includes research design, data analysis and synthesis, report preparation, partnership building and knowledge exchange with academic, community and government audiences.
Qualifications:
· Master in urban studies, development studies, Social Sciences or related field.
· Min. 3 years experience in Social research

3. IPM Learning Coordinator (Code : IPM LC)
Dept/Project : Integrated Programming Model Project
Location : Donggala
Major roles :
The Integrated Programming Model (IPM) Project is facilitating Partnership-wide co-creation of a new model for World Vision’s work at local level, based on a review of good practices by World Vision and other organisations. The new integrated programming model equips World Vision local-level staff to work effectively with partners toward the sustained well-being of children within families and communities – especially the most vulnerable.
The purpose of the IPM Learning Coordinator position is to lead and coordinate the learning process in the IPM pilots in Indonesia.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, likely in the social sciences; a master’s degree is preferred
· Strong research skills and relevant research experience of at least two years
· Strong understanding of community-led development work
· Experience applying creative and resourceful approaches to learning
· Knowledge of action learning methodologies (preferable)
· Familiarity with key aspects of World Vision’s child-focused development work (prefreable)

4. Development Facilitator (code : IPM DF)
Dept/Project : Integrated Programming Model Project
Location : Donggala
Major roles
The purpose of the Development Facilitator is to serve as a catalyst, partnership broker, and builder of the capacity of local partners, facilitating the emergence and strengthening of community-led initiatives to improve and sustain the well-being of children and their families.
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
· Strong understanding of community-led development work
· Basic understanding of design, monitoring, and evaluation
· At least three years’ previous relevant experience, including at least one year of development facilitation in and with communities
