Senior Consultant, Peoplesoft Campus Solutions

KEY OBJECTIVE:

Leadership role in the development and implementation of innovative solutions to solve complex technical and business issues on PSFT Campus Solution areas. Focusing on quality deliverables, effectively manage assigned project task, participate in proposal development, prepare / deliver presentations.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

Study, analyze and create simple and effective solutions for implementation projects of Oracle PSFT Campus Solutions for universities.
Effectively guide project team and manage customers' expectations.
Run implementation workshops and conduct fit/gap analysis.
Ability to provide business solution to customers and project team.
Analyze and resolve issues independently.
RELEVANT TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:

5 - 8 years of Oracle hands-on implementation experience in PSFT Campus Solutions
Relevant industry experience is required.
Experience in the development of client-specific solutions, including design of business process flows and of application extensions.
Subject matter expertise in the area of PSFT Campus Solutions modules and business flows.
Excellent facilitation skills to lead client stakeholders and consulting team in the development of solutions.
Exposure or experience in global delivery and offshore outsourcing is desired
Experience with at least three full life cycle of Oracle PSFT projects
COMPASS implementation methodology experience is necessary
Mature, confident, presentable, good team spirit and willing to take up challenges
Willing to travel and stay short term to overseas projects
Strong communication skill in English
Mandarin is highly preferable
