Requirements:

* Male, max 22 - 26 years old
* Bachelor degree ( s1) from reputable University, preferably from Agriculture (it can be from Agronomy, Horticulture, Plant Breeding)
* Fresh Graduate is preferable to apply
* Creative
* Innovative
* Fast learner
* Team player
* Able to work under pressure & tight schedule
* Willing to be placed in Jember - East Java
* Willing to rolling in any area in Indonesia
* Able to start training immediately.
