Administrative Assistant (CHANGI AIRPORTS INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. (CAI))

Your role as an Administrative Assistant includes:

* Handle reception duties – attend to walk in guests/visitors, receive calls to main line, handle local and overseas couriers, distribute incoming mails and faxes, ensure cleanliness and tidiness of meeting rooms.

* Monitor and order stationeries, office equipments and pantry items.

* Provide administrative support to business teams including travel and hotel arrangements.

* Any other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

* Minimum ‘O’ levels.

* Proficient in MS applications – Word, Excel, Powerpoint.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Pleasant disposition.

* Independent, resourceful, organized and meticulous.

* Able to work in a time-sensitive environment and perform under pressure.
