Job Description

- Establish the most cost effective capex solutions for all assembly capex requests from factories such as transfer from all factories surplus, optimal usage of resources and upgrades.

- Verify all capex requirements and justifications to ensure that committed demand can be met timely and provide reasonable returns.

- Drive capacity productivity improvement, asset redeployment and capacity utilization improvement to fulfill demand in time.

- Establish detailed capacity database for decision making by all functions.

- Rationalize capacities for transfer without affecting demand committed and establish schedule for ramping down in one factory and ramping up in another.

- Work closely with Product Line Management, Demand Management and factories on product mix and tooling, manpower and space requirements to meet product line transfer objectives.

- Coordinate standardization of methods and establish IT application database to improve productivity and minimize human error.

- Coordinate benchmarking assembly programs in capacity performance among factories.

- Coordinate with all factories IE in assembly respectively.


Pre-Requisites

- B. Eng (Mechanical and IE)

- 2-3 years in IE, PC, production in semiconductor, electronics will be an added advantage

- Fresh grads are also welcome to apply
