Senior Customer Quality Engineer

Job Description:

  • Contact window for customers based in South-east Asia region
  • Handle customer complaint and queries
  • Manage customer RMA return boards process and 8D process
  • Liaise with internal departments for achieving customer quality expectation or requests
  • Lead internal cross-functional improvement meeting on customer complaint
  • Arrange sorting activities of suspect goods
  • Attend project meetings or periodic weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings with customer
  • Work with internal departments for preparation of customer visit, audit, presentation and qualification

Qualification and Experience:

· Degree or Diploma

· PCB manufacturing related and/or customer handling related

· Fluent in both English and Mandarin

· Able to interact well with people

Others:

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
