Marketing Assistant / Co-ordinator

Responsibilities

• Create and deploy online marketing contents (web, email, etc)
• Create & collate product, web content & rich media resources (e.g. tutorial videos) for publishing
• Assist in managing e-Store and proactively drive eCommerce sales
• Maintain and provide regular updates to Facebook, e-Store & other social networking sites
• Provide copywriting, develop .html coding in eNews to resellers database
• Develop and manage partnerships with various online marketing partners, agencies and/or affiliates
• Establish various online marketing campaigns to synergize sales & marketing efforts
• Respond and resolve all partner inquiries, issues and concerns as needed
• Other related duties as required and delegated

Requirements

• Diploma & above in Business Information Technology, Marketing or related fields
• Minimum 2-3 years working experience preferred
• Knowledge in online marketing sciences & techniques – SEM/SEO Analytics
• Experience in managing web portals, HTML development language & basic Adobe Photoshop.

• Knowledge in video-editing software e.g. Adobe Premiere, CyberLink PowerDirector
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin (both spoken & written) an advantage.
• Well-organised, committed and meticulous with a high level of initiative
• Able to multi-task, manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines
• Creative, positive and excellent communication skills
