Web Tier + Business/Data Tier Personnel

Must be able to coordinate with other programmers in coding, testing and assembly of program components;

Must be able to assist in user requirements gathering and documentation, eg able to gather requirements on specified areas within a system and to document such requirements;

Must have experience in design and programming with the following skill-sets:

(1) Web Tier Skills (three (3) years experience)

• Must have proficient programming skills for

– Servlet, JSP

– Java Script

– Javabeans

– Java Web Security

• Must be familiar with most of the following presentation tier design patterns and must have developed programs based on most of these patterns.

– Singlaton,

– Service Locator,

– Business Delegate,

– Data Transfer

• Must be familiar with the following development tools:

- WSAD/RAD

• Preferably have portlet programming experience

(2) Business/Data Tier Skills (three (3) years experience)

• Must have proficient programming skills for

– EJB (session, entity & message)

– J2EE Security

– JMS (MQ)

– JDBC

– JNDI

• Preferably have the following programming skills (minimum 1 year's experience)

– J2EE Transaction

– XML

– Web Services (WSDL)

• Must be familiar with most of the following Business Tier design patterns and must have developed programs based on most of these patterns.

– Session Facade,

– Singlaton,

– Service Locator,

– Business Delegate,

– Data Transfer

• Must be familiar with the following development tools:

– WSAD/RAD
