Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow key accounts in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Marine Offshore sectors in Singapore.
- Provide technical sales support and consultation to clients for the sale of electrical products in order to develop business opportunities and penetrate clients.
- Perform all aspects of selling to maintain and develop new / existing customers including: take-offs, project quotations, closing orders, preparation of submittals and resolving customer problems.
- Meet / exceed budgeted sales and gross margin targets with assigned accounts.
- Develop account plans / penetration strategy to drive volume / margin growth.
- To inform, advise and teach customers about products, both technical and commercial.
- Focus on identifying specific technical requirements of customers while simultaneouesly collecting commercial and competitive information associated with each account.
- Develop and maintain high quality prospect referral networks.
- Cultivate effective long-tern relationships at all levels of the customer organisation.
- Attain expert knowledge of products, electrical goods market and competition.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering and Electrical Product knowledge a must.
- Strong technical and commercial background.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience as Sales Leader.
- Distribution experience handling multiple brands and products will be ad added advantage.
- Strong sales management skills, a people manager to motivate a team of sales engineers to achieve sales targets.
- Work directly with customers in end-to-end project management, pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- Very strong consultative selling, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Resourceful and results oriented.
- Highly motivated, self-confident, self-starting work ethic with good networking abilities.
- Demostrated planning and execution skills.
- Strong presentation and seminar skills.
- Team player who works well in global teams.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Salary: $5000 - $6500
(2) SALES ENGINEERS (OUTDOOR)
Our client, a leading electrical and cable supplies distributors is seeking qualified and experienced 'out-of-the-box' individuals to join their growing team as:
Responsibilities:
- Sell electrical products directly to Oil & Gas, Marine Offshore, EPC, OEM / Manufacturing and other industrial sectors.
- Develop sales strategies and penetrate strategic accounts.
- Provide technical sales support and consultation to clients for the sale of electrical products in order to develop business opportunities and expand customer relationships.
- Close sales contracts and meet forecasted sales goals.
Cultivate effective long-term relationships at all levels of the customers' organisation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or formal qualification (Diploma / Certification) in Electrical Engineering and / or a Postgraduate Diploma in Electrical Enginnering / Marketing.
- Electrical product knowledge and a strong commercial background.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with industrial products.
- Must have distribution experience working as a distributor handling multiple brands of electrical related products and supplies.
- Strong project management skills.
- Pure hunter to open sales opportuities for project team.
- Pre-sales and post-sales duties.
Salary: $3000 - $4000
(3) OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR
Our client, a leading electrical and cable supplies distributors is seeking qualified and experienced 'out-of-the-box' individuals to join their growing team as:
- Minimum 3 -5 years' sales coordination experience in MNC / fast paced working environment.
- Able to handle Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and arrange delivery schedules and logistics functions.
- Some shipping knowledge will be advantageous.
- Strong organisation skills.
- PC literate.
Salary: $1700 - $2000
(4) REGIONAL PRODUCT MANAGER - LIGHTING (SINGAPORE)

Responsibilities:
- Manage lighting projects for large commercial and industrial customers.
- Negotiate and manage project contracts and sales agreements.
- Provide technical sales support and consultation to customers for the lighting products.
- Market development of the lighting business.
- Provide design and lighting support to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and / or Postgraduate Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years experience in lighting sales.
- Experience in managing lighting projects.
Salary: $6000 - 7500
