Responsibilities: You will provide hotline and technical support to branches/retail outlets which includes troubleshooting for ticketing machines and other related equipment. - Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent - Only Singaporeans/Singapore PR need apply
Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ working experience in customer service or call centre environment
- Good PC skills with an aptitude for technical equipment
- Patient and friendly personality with the ability to work independently
- Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
