1. Solution Architect

Job Description:
· Translate business requirements into system design & specification
· Responsible for the design of the application system and overall architecture design
· Develop standards / framework for the deliverables
· Supervise technical team in development, testing and system setup
· Conduct meeting / discussion
· Conduct code review
· Conduct design review


Mandatory Skills Set and Experience:

· Degree in IT/Computing or any related fields with more than 6 years of relevant experience
· J2EE
· Object-Oriented Analysis and Design
· Struts, Spring and Hibernate / EJB 3.0
· UML and design pattern
· Strong in Object Modeling and Data Modeling
· Knowledge of ETL and Data warehouse design
· Oracle RDBMS
· Application Server - (BEA, WebSphere)
· Leader and work well in a team.

Preferred Skills Set and Experience:
· Application Server Administration
· Flex/ Jasper Report / SVG / Business Object
· SAP NetWeaver EP.XI
· Experience in integration to ERP system such as SAP R/3 or Oracle
· CRM
· SOA Experience

2. Technical Consultants

Job Description:

· UML and design pattern
· Strong in Object Modeling and Data Modeling
· Oracle RDBMS
· Application Server - (BEA, WebSphere)
· Team player & able to work well in a team
