APAC Professional Solutions Group Technical Suppor

Responsibilities:

First and primary point of technical support for all NVIDIA PSG (Professional Solution) products provided to the customers in industries such as Manufacturing, DCC, AEC, Finance
Technical expert on PSG products, working closely with sales to provide tailored professional solution to customers
Establish close personal technical ties to the customer account, establishing personal relationships to resolve customer issues and promote the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Manages multiple internal cross-functional relationships, often across geographies. Provides leadership, guidance, direction and focus to drive internal cross-functional teams to manage plans/schedules.
Provides senior management with timely Project Status reports, schedule updates, risks / issues and general Project information.
Identifies key milestones, assesses resources needed, and ensures resource commitments are obtained.


Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience in technical management of professional solutions or workstation related products.
Minimum 3 years previous project/program management experience, preferably within an engineering or operations environment.
Previous experience in Manufacturing, DCC, AEC, Finance or related industries is beneficial.
BSEE degree or above.
Very strong leadership, facilitation, and technical management skills are required to be successful in this role.
Knowledge of Design, EMI, HW/SW testing, and issues surrounding the development of Board level products.
Proven track record of managing the release of quality projects into manufacturing.
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Project, and MS Excel.
Capability to quickly learn, understand, communicate and integrate technical concepts and issues.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation communications skills, organizational capabilities, and collaborative interpersonal skills.
