Engineer Manager in Surabaya needed

The position*

*The Job:*
He/she will be responsible to directing and controlling all aspects of
engineering activities at the Surabaya Plant; controlling and executing
engineering projects; maintenance of production machine and utilities and
managing capital expenditures.

*Qualifications and Experience:*

· S1 degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering

· He/she preferably has experience in TPM or Six Sigma

· Experience in ISO 9001, SHE, 5S, 7 tools are desirable

· Experience in managing capital budget and have strong local and
international vendor network.

· Minimal 5 years experience in manufacturing area, with minimum 3
years experience in engineering field

· Strong leadership and delegation skills

· Good team work orientation and able to participate in
cross-functional team activities

· Good communication skills

· English proficiency and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
