Telesales

Responsibilities:

· Manage and develop existing customer database

· Initiate calls to generate interest and secure appointments with prospective customers

· Identify, contact & generate leads to gain market share

· Accurately log calls and update database with prospect information

· Gathering of competitive information from customer and market feedback.

· Resourceful, independent and possess excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

· Basic IT-related experience

· Only Singaporeans are invited to apply

· Mon-Fri, 9-6pm

· Attractive basic salary and commission

· Near Outram MRT station

· Relevant experience in telesales and telco products

· Able to communicate fluently with English speaking client and bilingual in Mandarins
