Position 1: Senior / Procurement Specialist (Strategic Team)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS;

· Consolidation of Business Units global requirements to achieve optimum TQC (time, quality, cost) for chemicals and packaging materials.

· Alternate sourcing and qualification of new vendors and negotiate long term supply contracts with suppliers.

· Tracking Global Supply/Demand Trends and benchmarking of prices against market monitor.

· Conduct bid evaluation and award recommendation for supplier agreements.

Position 2: Senior / Procurement Specialist (Tactical Team)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Sourcing for cost effective suppliers to support the mill’s requirements.
• Negotiate with suppliers for price, payment terms and delivery terms before issuing purchase orders (PO).
• Manage suppliers’ performance in achieve expected turnaround time(TAT) for PO and request for quotation(RFQ).

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Both Positions):

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Production Management, SCM, Business or Purchasing with working experiences in production control or procurement. Fresh graduate may be considered for entry level position.
• Knowledge of SAP System, Supply Chain Management and Procurement.
• Pro-active, results driven with good communication and negotiation skills.
