Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:
* Logistic arrangement
* Overseeing of general workers
* Coordinating work at job site with site coordinators
* Liaise with main contractors
* Responsible for work safety
* Monitoring of work progress
* Reporting to Project Manager

Requirements:
* Suitably qualified in a technically related field, diploma or certificate
* 3 years experience in interior renovation and fit-outs
* Knowledge of ID trades
* Ability to communicate in Mandarin with Chinese clients
* Applicants with Construction Safety Supervisor certificates will be advantageous
* Full-Time position
* Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status
