Application Engineer

Job Description:

• Working with a team of sales engineers and field application engineers to provide hardware solution / system integration for customers
• Frequent customer visits to identify needs, provide pre-sales technical support and conduct demonstrations
• Trouble-shooting and providing on-site support / maintenance
• Producing weekly activity report to the Customer Manager

Requirement:

• Technical Institute or Polytechnic Graduate, preferably in IT, Industrial / Mechanical Automation or electronics
• 1 - 2 years or above working experience in IT field is preferred
• Good programming skills in VB, C/C++
• Extensive experience with networking and serial communications media and protocols
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Good interpersonal & communication skills, and also active & responsible in teamwork
• Hardworking, initiative and eager to learn
• Command of spoken mandarin is an advantage
• Willing to travel (PRC, Taiwan)

Less experience will consider as Technical Support.
