Salary: $2000 - $3000+, depending on experience
Requirements
· Strong ability in Flash, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, PowerPoint
· Proficiency in Actionscript 2.0 and 3.0
· Strong in object-oriented knowledge to build reusable modular functions
· Preferably a flair in design and ability to conceptualise, especially for online GUI, animation, page layout
· Knowledge of InDesign and Illustrator advantageous
· Diploma or degree holder in programming discipline would be preferred
· Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and to work to deadline
Main responsibilities
· Script interactive and dynamic elements in Flash-based e-learning websites
· Build new Flash-based e-learning websites, HTML web pages, etc
· Enhance the look and feel of training materials in Word, PowerPoint and PDF

IT Specialist, Route Generation
JOB SCOPE
· Work with users to understand business requirements
· Develop functional specifications
· Design the technical architecture for the project
· Design the technical solution to implement the business requirements and functional design
· Review supplier offerings to ensure that they are technically consistent with architecture
· Develop code
· Develop and execute quality assurance tests
· Develop and execute proof of concepts, prototypes, and iterative development efforts.
· Develop and coordinate testing including user acceptance testing
· Provide user training as needed
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
· 5 years working experience with at least 3 years as a developer
· Ability to understand Operation Research and complex Mathematical Concepts
· Strong working knowledge of forecasting and optimization concepts
· Strong business knowledge, preferably with job exposure in operations and network in logistics industry
· Good analytical skills
· Good Oral and written communications
· A team player
