We are a leading OEM manufacturer in Home Appliance with strong presence in Japan, US and Europe. With expansion of our global business, we are hiring an Engineering Manager to engage in projects and products development. The successful candidate will be responsible for OEM/ODM projects for mainly US customers.

Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

Leading and manage engineering team in SZ production plant

Support and co-ordinate product development in between customers and internal departments

Prepare product design in 3D files, Tooling Plan, BOM, development schedule and reports

Technical problem solving throughout the product development

Report to Engineering Director and willing to work with different people as a team player

Requirements:

Degree Holder in Engineering or related discipline

8 years or above of OEM/ODM product development experience and 5 years or above in manager position; experience gained in Home Appliance will be an advantage

Exposures in new project management and product development for OEM/ODM projects is an advantage

Good knowledge and familiarize in engineering software, such as Pro-E, SolidWorks, UG etc.

Solid tooling design and manufacturing background is preferable

Self-motivated and independent, well-organized, with strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills

Strong sense of time management, milestone or project schedule set up, willing to complete the task on time; good understanding on JIT and quality tools

Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin; Japanese is an advantage but not must

Station in PRC (Shen Zhen Fu Yong) or travel in between HK and SZ is required
