Responsibilities:
- Deliver projects in accordance to contracts, within budget, time and quality
- Manage customers’ expectation in terms of delivery schedule, quality expectation and project cash flow
- Lead, guide and train project engineers, assistant engineers and site supervisors to manage site works
- Lead and oversee the teams to install, test & commission the lifts
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Review and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for installation and site works
- Ensure project documentation is always in order
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years working experience in Electrical or Mechanical Systems
- Team player and able to lead a team of Engineers and contractors
- Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinking, decision-making and leadership abilities
- Good command of spoken and written English and ability to speak Chinese is a plus
- Computer literacy (MS Projects, AutoCad, MS Office)
- Good knowledge of quality standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
- Experience in lift industry is preferred
