Responsibilities:
* Provide helpdesk support through phone enquiries
* Resolve desktop issues, hardware/software troubleshooting on-site
* Resolve basic networking issues
* Assisting in other jobs like server backup, disaster recovery preparation, escalation of hardware problems, testing new software/hardware etc
Requirements
* Diploma in IT or equivalent
* Minimum 2 years experience in desktop support
* Must possess a Class 3 driving license
