The Candidate
Age between 40 to 50 years
Has held a general manager's position or higher
Preferably an Engineer with experience within the bids and tenders process in the oil & gas industry
Evidence of success in developing services business in the oil & gas industry
Evidence of extensive networks in the Indonesian oil & gas industry
Evidence of ability to work under challenging conditions
Proven leadership competency
Able to display authority without losing respect of peers and subordinates
Diplomatic in approach whilst retaining confidence and respect with all personnel, will be vital to make this role a successful one.
Must display exceptional communication skills.
Evidence of specific achievements within previous roles including delivering best practice.
Highly focused on quality and service.
Fluency in verbal and written English
