Coal mining co with 200+ personnel seeks HRD Director

• Stationed in Banjarmasin
• Housing allowance + good compensation

Required Profile:

• 5+ years in Large Firms as Manager
• Experience in Mining/Construction/Consulting a plus
• Must have vision for the future
• Familiar with Balanced Scorecard & compensation programs
• Up-to-date on HR laws & regulations

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Ensure that compensation programs support business objectives and stockholder interests
• Develop criteria for evaluation and reward of individual, team, and organizational performance
• Examining tax and regulatory compliance.
• Gather input from executives, managers, and employees
• Design compensation programs that blend base salary, short- and long-term incentives and executive benefits
• Provide tools for efficient and effective funding and administration
• Develop a total compensation strategy and a design "blueprint"
