We are looking to expand our operation and have opening for the following position:

Operation Project Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Operation Manager to oversee the entire production cycle, including Production Planning, Quality Management, Projects Progress Monitoring
• Work closely and coordinate with R&D, Production and Quality Management Teams to ensure smooth operations project delivery
• Assist Operation Manager to develop and implement strategy for production control and tracking of project status, including issues and dependencies
• Review and update operation procedures/ manuals, maintenance program, quality and security requirements to cope with operational needs and conformance to international standard

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
• 2 years' project management experience in procurement/ manufacturing of IT hardware operations related field
• Proactive to propose changes to improve operational efficiency
• Good communication and planning skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, and fluent in Mandarin
