Global Group Accounting Manager

Our Client is a Private Equity Real Estate Investment Company, focused on investments in Asia and Europe.

GLOBAL GROUP ACCOUNTING MANAGER

(up to 144k per annum + VB)

Reporting to the Global Business Controller

· Manage and maintain accounting records for global entities in accordance to the accounting standards requirements

· Prepare and maintain profit and loss and balance sheets on monthly basis for global entities

· Monthly management reports for global business units

· Develop accounting systems and policies

· Ensure statutory compliance of all entities

· Prepare annual financial submission in accordance to IFRS

· Assist with budgeting and business planning

· Proactive Risk Management, strengthen internal control procedures

Requirements

· Recognised degree in Accountancy or Finance

· Minimum of 6 years of related experience with at least 2 years in a manager capacity

· Hands on experience in consolidation management reporting

· Experience in real estate investment industry including private equity business models, processes and terminology

· Strong Microsoft Excel skills

· Experience in Sun Accounting system would be an advantage
