Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on client information, enquiries & complaint handling skills
  • To provide Pre & After-sales services

Qualifications:

  • F.5 or above
  • A practiced and excellent phone manners, communication skills, be detail oriented and computer literate.
  • Typing skill: Chinese 60 wpm
  • Applicants must be able to work under pressure, have a pleasant manner.
  • Mature, hardworking, honest and responsible
  • A cheerful personality, a positive approach and a willingness to learn is paramount.
  • Fluent in spoken Putonghua is a MUST
