Senior Customer Quality Engineer

Job Description:

  • Contact window for customers based in South-east Asia region
  • Handle customer complaint and queries
  • Manage customer RMA return boards process and 8D process
  • Liaise with internal departments for achieving customer quality expectation or requests
  • Lead internal cross-functional improvement meeting on customer complaint
  • Arrange sorting activities of suspect goods
  • Attend project meetings or periodic weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings with customer
  • Work with internal departments for preparation of customer visit, audit, presentation and qualification

Qualification and Experience:

· Degree or Diploma

· PCB manufacturing related and/or customer handling related

· Fluent in both English and Mandarin

· Able to interact well with people

Cost/Contracts Manager - Manufacturing/Pharma

Role Definition:

This role is responsible for tracking the current level of commitments, actuals and value of work done and proactively providing project management with accurate, timely and rigorous estimates and reports of Forecasted Final Costs (FFC). This role will suit a person with previous experience of working on manufacturing or pharmaceutical projects. The appropriate person should have a Quantity Surveying background.

Plans & Procedures:

Assist in developing the project cost control procedures based on standard Cost Engineering Procedure and reflecting both Client, and contractor roles and responsibilities.

Adhere to the segment financial and business and project processes.

Cost Control:

Prepare and implement project wide Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) /Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) based on the standard WBS.

Ensure the preparation and development of appropriate control budgets from the Project estimate.

Prepare cost data for their assigned Delivery Team including but not limited to budgets, commitments, Value Of Work Done (VOWD), forecasting, capex time-phasing (capex management), reporting and analysis.

Develop and maintain progress including consolidation of calculations and analysis of contractor and vendor monthly inputs.

Ensure correct coding of all requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, invoices, estimates, and ensuring these are updated and maintained

Prepare cash flow forecasts and partner cash calls.

Provide cost input to commitment close-out process.

Requirements:

Candidates are required to have 5+ years Cost Control Experience in a consultancy environment in Singapore. Immediately available applicants are preferable.

• Create & collate product, web content & rich media resources (e.g. tutorial videos) for publishing
• Assist in managing e-Store and proactively drive eCommerce sales

• Provide copywriting, develop .html coding in eNews to resellers database
• Develop and manage partnerships with various online marketing partners, agencies and/or affiliates

Requirements

• Experience in managing web portals, HTML development language & basic Adobe Photoshop.

• Knowledge in video-editing software e.g. Adobe Premiere, CyberLink PowerDirector
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin (both spoken & written) an advantage.
• Well-organised, committed and meticulous with a high level of initiative
• Able to multi-task, manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines
• Creative, positive and excellent communication skills

Software Engineer - Tools and Applications

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the design, implementation, and validation of industrial systems and infrastructure within a project team structure, in accordance with institutionalized processes and delivery standards

  • Contribute to the technical and design specification review for infrastructure applications

  • Develop and execute unitary and stress tests to ensure codes written are compliant with quality goals

  • Contribute to the improvement of the system design, software coding, and development methodology

  • Participate in system integration and testing

  • Provide end-user training and support


Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer / Informatics / Software Engineering, or related fields

  • Proficiency in C#, C++ and/or VB programming language is a must, knowledge in Perl and Java would be an advantage

  • Hands-on experience in database interface like Oracle, MySQL would be an advantage

  • Ideally 1-2 years experience as a Software Engineer
