System Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION – The System Engineer will install, maintain, and troubleshoot Desktop application and Operating system issues remotely across multiple offices. In addition the engineer will also be required to perform basic administration task on the Windows Server environment. These tasks will include changing tapes and modifying backup jobs, adding user to active directory and modifying group policy settings, adding mailboxes and distribution list, performing regular exchange maintenance, and creating profiles on our Cisco Call Manager phone system. In addition to supporting employees in China, the Engineer must support employees in Switzerland. Therefore, the candidate must have an advanced level of English (spoken and written).

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS (At least 3 years)

Job Description

  • Lead, monitor and motivate the maintenance engineers / technicians.

Executive, Examinations(Based in Singapore)

The primary role of this position is to manage the school’s examinations administration and operations. The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities.

· Handle exams registration

· Process and resolve cases of exams deferments, appeals and plagiarism

· Issue certificates and grade reports

· Administer the approvals for Grade Distribution and Grade Book for all classes

· Manage the submission of supporting documents from students

· Respond to students’ enquiries on exams, enrolment and any other relevant issues

· Process new student enrolments and answer students’ queries on enrolment matters

· Develop and execute new systems in tracking students’ academic performances

· Administer subject and student evaluations

Qualifications

§ Preferably a Bachelor’s degree holder, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in handling examination in education industry

§ Proficient with MS Office

§ Well organized, meticulous and pays good attention to details

§ Excellent command of English (both spoken and written) and possess good interpersonal skills

§ A mature and highly self motivated individual with the ability to work independently, and within a team as well.
